NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2fth January, 1998 S.O. 70(f).-tn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Insecticides Act, l96E (46 of 1968) rhe Cenrm.l Government herebv nominates the following person as member to the Central Insecticides Boarcl aad nuke firther amend- menls to the notificatiotr of the Covernn€nt of tndia in the erstwhrle Minist| of Foo4 Atdolture, Community Development and Cooperation No. GSR 301, dated the lst March, 1971 as follows :-

1. In the said notiflcation, for clauses (XLX) (c) aad entries relating thoreto the tbuowitrg shall be substituteC, namely:- Agriculture Commissioner, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, New Delhi. . .
