S. O. 11(E)--In exercise of the powers conferred by Secticn 5 ofthc Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), lhe Cenral Covenunent hereby makes the foltowing amendment in the notilication of the Covernment of India in the Minisrry of Agriculture (Depanment of Agdculture and Ccop€ration) number

S.O. 79(E), dated the 3rd February 1997, namely :- In the said notification, for serial number I antl the entries relating thereto, dle following serial number and eitries shalt be substitute4 namely :- Agriculture Cornmissioner, Deparunent of Agriculture and Co-operatio& New Delhi. Chairman".
