NOTAICATION

New Delhr, the 6th September. 2000 s.o. 807(E).-[n exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act' I 968 (46 o f 1 968), the centrar coverunent hereby further amends the notification ofthe Govemment of India in the erstwhile Nlinistry oi'Food, Agriculture. Cornmunirr Devclopment and Cooperation number CSR 301, dated, the lT,hlebruan. 1971, namely:- In the said notification -

(l) for item numbers (riv) to (rviii) (both inclusive). and the entries relating there-to, the following item numbers and entries shall respectively be substiruted- nalmely:- " (-riv) Shri P.N. lvtaii.
