NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 1995
G.S.R. 820 (E).-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of seption 22 of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 (7 of 1995), the Central Government makes the following rules further to amend the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994, namely :-— 3117GI/95 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA ; EXTRAORDINARY [Part II—SEC.3(i)]
1. Short title and commencement—(1) These rules may be called the Cable Television Networks (Second Amend ment) Rules, 1995.
(2) They shall cOnte into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994, in rule 3, in sub-rule (3), in clause (a), for the words and figures "a fee of Rs. 50", the words and figures "a fee of Rs. 100" shall be substituted. [File No. 9/2/95-PBC] Foot Note :—Principal notification has been published vide
