New Delhi, the 11th August, 2004 by Section 3 offlleEssenfial Connnodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955),the CarnalGovamilemhaeby rescinds thehfinistxy Ordernumber

G.S.R. 71(E), dated the 28th January, 1986 - withinunediate efi'ect: - Provided mat such rescission shall not affect :—

(a) the previous operation of the said Order or anything duly done or suffered mereunder,

(b) anyrright, privilege, obligation or liability aoquiired, accrued or incmred under the said Order, or (c)- any pwalty, forfeitme orpmfishmentincuned in respect of any ofl'ence committed against the said Order, or

(d) anthtsfigafion, legal proceeding orremedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or - punishment as aforesaid;

and anysuch investigation, legal proceeding or remedy maybe instituted, confined, or enforwd, and my such pmatty, forfeimre orpmlishmcntmaybe imposed as if the Said Orderhas not been rescinded.
