G.S.R. 94(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-seclioll t I). read wub clause (II). {u', and If'i ,II' sub-section (2) of section 52 of the Legal Metrology Act, 1009 (I of:1OHl). the Central GO\'CI1iI1\.:nl her~hy n1i1L~sthe following rules 10amend the Legal Metrology (Govemment Approved Test Centre! Rules. 2()13. namely: I. (1}Thcse rules may be called as the Legal Metrology (Government Appnl\'cd Test Cernrc) !\mcllll,m:nI RuIC$,~OH). l2l They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Oflit:ial G~lzeltc, 2, In the Legal Metrology lGovernment Approved Test Centre) Rules. 2(l13 (hereinafter referred III ,IS the principal rulcs).-

(i) non-standard weight or measure shall not be verified by the Government Approved Test Centre.

3. For the Second Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely.-> "Second Schedule (Sec sub-rule ( I) of r\.tle :;J Application tor Approval of Government Approved Test Centre ( I) Full name and complete address of the appllcem;

(2) Name of the weight or measure for which Government APfJf(IVcoJ Test Centre flusbeen al>lllicd:

(3) Experience detail in the relevant field ofthe applicant:

(4) Detail of the ol'l~ariizationalstructure;

(5) Qualification of Principal Officer and other technical stall;

(6) Detail of the standards available and other testing facilities available with the applicaru/ centre: OJ Copy orlhe Quality management system of the laOOrall)fY. if available: Ill) DI~lailsofthe Demand Drat);

(9) JUlisdiction/area for whichapplication is made:
