Notification The 20th December, 2016 ,
No. G1/2016/02.—In supersession to this office Notification No. G1/2016/01, dated 22nd March, 2016 and Chief Engineer, U.T., office order No. 255, dated 29th March, 2016 and in exercise of powers conferred by Regulation 32 of the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010 as amended up-to-date, HE-the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to order as below;—
1. Inspection shall not be required for stand alone Generating sets up to 500 KVA/KWp
2. However, where electricity is to be fed into the Grid as in the case of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant or any other form of Electricity generation, inspection shall be carried out as below ;—
(a) Up to 100 KW SDO
(b) 100 KW to 500 KW Executive Engineer
(c) 500 KW and above Electrical Inspector By order and in the name of HE-the Administrator, U.T., Chandigarh. (Sd).........
