Dear 1 would like to draw your attention on the problem. of molestation and sexual abuse in school going children. This abuse is clone often by e f the ore f rie ther nds in relation of the parents or teachers and staff in the schools. Ther i, is a need to sensitize, the children on what. constitutes an ppropriate touch) ! or what is molestation and this needs to be done at an early age of 7 8 years.

The Ministry of Women and Child Development had COITIITILSSioned a short animated film on this subject through Childline which is funded by the Ministry. This film has also won the national film award this year in the category of "best educational film", i request you to see the film which is enclosed. It will be very helpful if you can have hown it circulated s eatembly to allti schools under the State Ciovernment where it should be s e.
