NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st September, 2015
S.O. 2582(E).————In pursuance of Section 4 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), the Government of India hereby nominates Ms. Stuti Narain Kacker, House No. C 23-A, Sector 14, Noida (Uttar Pradesh) as the Chairperson of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, New Delhi. Ms. Stuti Narain Kacker shall hold office with effect from the date of taking over of charge upto 16th September, 2018, or till the age of 65 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
