NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016.
S. O. 4022(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, dated the 3rd February, 1997, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide, number
S.O. 79(E), dated the 4th February, 1997, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “6. Dr. Harmeet Singh Rehan, Professor and Head, Department of Pharmacology, Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi.
Member”.
ASHWANI KUMAR, Jt. Secy. (Plant Protection) Note.— The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii) vide number
S.O. 79(E), dated the 4th February, 1997 and last amended vide

O. 4023(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation, dated the 27th February, 1971, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide, number
G.S.R. 301(E), dated the 1st March, 1971, namely:- ASHWANI KUMAR, Jt . Secy. (Plant Protection) Note.— The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub- section (i) ,vide number
G.S.R. 301(E), dated the 27th February, 1971 and last amended vide
S.O.1476(E), dated the 22nd April, 2016.
and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054. In the said notification, for item (xvi) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(xvi) Dr. Harmeet Singh Rehan, Professor and Head, Department of Pharmacology, Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi.
(For a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification)”.
