GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN

(CO-OPERATIVE DEPARTMENT) No.F12(33)Coop/2012 Jaipur, dated : 4-4-2013 Notification In supersession of all previous notifications the State Government, in exercise of its powers conferred by section 4 of the Rajasthan Cooperative Societies Act, 2001 (Rajasthan Act No. 16 of 2002) here by appoints —

(i) the officers specified in column 1 of the schedule here to annexed to assist the Registrar, and

(ii) confers on them the powers of the Registrar respectively specified against them in column 2 of the said schedule.

Addl. Registrar/ Joint Registrars cooperative societies at Zones, All powers of the Registrar under the Act for the central societies having their registered office within their respective Zones but not powers under section 104 and 107 of the Act.

Provided that in case of District Dairy Unions, such powers, which are also delegated to I.D.0. RCDF and Jt. Registrar, Cooperative, RCDF shall not be exercised by the Addl./ Joint Registrar, Zones except the post of IL.D.O. RCDF and Jt. Registrar, Cooperative, RCDF both are vacant.

Dy./Asst. Registrars, Cooperative Societies at Units.

All powers of the Registrar under the Act in so far as they relate to the primary societies, but not powers.

(i) under section 104 & 107 of the Act.

(ii) under section 61 of the Act as they relates to the matter and affairs of the Housing Societies.

Provided that in case of Primary Dairy Societies, such powers, which are also delegated to Dy./Asst.

Registrars, District Dairy Unions shall not be exercised by the Dy./Asst.Registrar, Units except the post of Dy./Asst. Registrars, District Dairy Unions is vacant.

Dy. Chief Auditor (Dairy) All powers of the Registrar under section 31, 54, 57, 101 of the Act for dairy societies, not being the powers in so far as they relate to matters and affairs of Apex Societies.

Regional Audit Officer at Zones All powers of the Registrar under section 31, 54, 57, 101 of the Act. (not being the powers in so far as they
