Notification The state govemment in exercise of its powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Rajasthan cooperarive societies Acr,200i (Rajasthan acrNJ.lo"iio'dzj hereby makes following amendments at s.No. 5 and 7 of schedule of previous notification No. F. 12(33)coop/2orz dated 30-10-14 issued by this a"p"rt*"ni and appoints following officers to assist the Registrar and confers on ihem the powers of the Registrar respectively specified against them:- GOVERNMENT OF R,I.rASrrr.IN Co-oprnarrvr DnpanrMENT

OFFICE OF REGISTRAR CO.OPERATIVE SOCIETIES, RAJASTHAN,

JAIPUR

Additional Registrar (Sr. Scale), Co-operative Societies Zones the central societies having their registered office within their respective zone but not powers under section 104 & 107 of the Act; and

2. All powers of the Registrar under section lg, 59, 60 & 61 for the urban Cooperative Banks, Primary Land Developmenf Banks and Societies having their registered office within their respective zones.

Provided that in case of Disctrict Dai.y Unions, such powers, which are also delegated to IDO, RCDF and Additional Registrar (Co_operativej RCDF, shall not be exercised by the eOaitionai R:gj:* (gr. Scale), Zones except when the post

1. All powers of the Regisffi of IDO, RCDF & Additional Registrar (Co_ operative) RCDF, both are vacant.

Deputy Registiar, operative Societies Units All powers of the Registrarffi as they relate to the primary societies, having their registered office in the Unit, but not powers under:

(i) section 104 and 107 of the Act and

(ii) section 58, 59, 60 & 6l as they relate to matter and affairs of the Urban Cooperative Banks, Primary Land Development Banks and Collective/Joint Farming Cooperative Societies.

Provided that in case of primary Dairy Societies such. powers, which are also deiegated to Joint/Deputy/Assistant Registrar, District Dairy Unions, shall not be exercised by the D.pr* Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Unit, unlesj thl Post of Joint/Deputy/Assistant Registrar, District Dairy Union is vacant.
