ORDER

New Delhi, the 14th January, 2005 S.0. 56(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act. 1986. the Central Government hereby makes the following amendmen(s in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.0. 48%(E), dated the 30th April, 2003, namely (— In the satd Order, in paragraph 1, for serial numbers 1 to 18 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entrics shall be substituted, namely - — "1 Commissioner, Agra Division Chairman 2 District Magistrate, Agra : Vice-Chairman 3 Deputy Inspector General of Police, Agra Range Member 4 Member Secretary, Central Pollution Control Board Member 5 Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Forests— Representative of Government of India Member
