Section 107C of Tlr&lr Act. 1960. Subject to the provisions of section 131 of this Act any transfer of land by a person not belonging to the Scheduled Tribe within the village or tehsil specified in the Second Schedule shall be void unless such transfer is made in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
