Short title, extent and commencement
Section 1 of the Uttarakhand Cess Act, 2015 deals with short title, extent and commencement. This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Cess Act, 2015. The Act was enacted on 17 Nov 2015.
(1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Cess Act, 2015.
(2) It extends to the whole of Uttarakhand.
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
