Section 89
Section 89 of the Assam Prisons Act, 2013. Due provisions shall be made for providing an inmate under a sentence of imprisonment imposed on conviction for an offence, with - Code (a) a certificate about his conduct in prison and the vocational proficiency acquired by him in prison, at the time of his release on the expiration of his sentence
