Cognizance of offence
Section 11 of the Bihar Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays and Casual Leave) Act, 1976 deals with cognizance of offence. No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act or the rules made thereunder save and except on a complaint made in writing by the aggrieved person or the Inspector.
