Section 1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Manipur Second Amendment) Act, 1984. . This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Manipur Second Amendment) Act, 1984.

(1). This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Manipur Second Amendment) Act, 1984. .

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Manipur.

(3) It shall come into force at once and shall remain in force for a period of three years which may be extended by the State Government from time to time for any period,: not exceeding one year at any one time, but its expiry under the operation of this sub-section shall not affect :-- Short title, extent and commencement.
