Constitution of Board
Section 5 of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act 1986 deals with constitution of Board. Provided that both employers and employees shall have equal representation on the Board; 14[(b)[ *** ]] ; and (c) such number of officials and non-officials as may be prescribed.
(2) The appointment of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the members shall be notified.
