Section 12
Section 12 of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018 (9 of 2019). Subject to the other provisions of this Act, rules and regulations made thereunder, the general superintendence, direction and management of the affairs of the Authority shall vest in the Chief Executive Officer.
(1) Subject to the other provisions of this Act, rules and regulations made thereunder, the general superintendence, direction and management of the affairs of the Authority shall vest in the Chief Executive Officer.
(2) The Chief Executive Officer may by an order, delegate any of his powers to any officer of the Authority on such terms and conditions, as may be determined:
Provided that each such order of delegation and the terms and conditions of such delegation shall be placed before the Authority.
