Section 15 of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018 (9 of 2019). The Chief Executive Officer shall, within the limits of the notified area, exercise such powers as are conferred upon the Director under the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963).
