Amendment of section 69
133 . In the Customs Act, in section 69,—
(i) in the marginal heading, for the word "exportation", the word "export" shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-section (1),— Section 133, The Finance Act, 2016.
(A) for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:— "(b) the export duty, fine and penalties payable in respect of such goods have been paid; and"; (B) in clause (c), for the word "exportation", the word "export" shall be substituted.
