SO 1317(E) [F.NO.3/9/2015-RE], DATED 26-4-2017.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 145 of the Finance Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the Central Government hereby appoints the 26th April, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of Part VIII of Chapter VI of the Finance Act, 2017 shall come into force.
