Section 128 of the Finance Act, 2018 deals with insertion of new section 12A. Insertion of new section 12A 128. After section 12 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely:— "12A.

128. After section 12 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely:—

"12A. Operation of account by differently abled persons.—Any depositor who suffers from physical infirmity, including blindness may operate and make a deposit through any literate individual whom he authorises.".
