NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th February, 2012 §.0. 264(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 12 and Section 13 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1 986) read with rule 10 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, number $.0. 11 74(E), dated the 18th July, 2007, namely :— In the Table appended to the said notification, -

(a) in serial number 26, for the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :— “26 MJs. Klean Laboratories and (1) Mr. V.W. Kale 13-2.2012 Purushottam Plaza, Opp. (3) Ms. . Shelar 122-2017;

Baner Telephone Exchange, Mabarashtra

(b) in serial number 29, for the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted namely =— Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. {2) Mr. Kisor Yeole to 13/14, Opposite Patel Petrol (3) Mr. Atul Bhargava 12-2-2017; Pump, Chindwara Road, Post Koradi, District, Nagpur- 441111 (Maharashtra)
