NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st May, 2014 S.0. 1190(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 12 and

Section 13 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) read with rule 10 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, number

S.O. 1174(E), dated the 18th July, 2007, namely :- In the Table appended to the said notification,-
