NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd May, 2012 $.0. 11S0{E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clanse (b) of sub-section {1} of Section 12 and Section 13 of the Environment {Protection) Act, 1986 (28 of 1986) read with rule 10 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments the further to amend notification of Government of Tndia in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, fumber S.0. 1174(E), dated the 18th July, 2007, namely :—

2. In the Table appended to the said notification,—

(a) In serial number 17, for the entrics relating thereto, the following entries shal! be substituted, namely :— Ltd., 391, Industrial Area, (2) M. Niranjan Dev Bahl to 160019 (Haryana)
