MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st May, 2014 S.0. 1205 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 12 and section 13 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) read with rule 10 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.0. 1174(E), dated the 18th July, 2007, namely :—

2. In the Table to the said notification,- (i) against serial No. 17, in column (3), for item (3), the following item shall be substituted, namely:—

(i) against serial No.18, in column (3), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—

(2) Mr. Girish Balubhai Patel

(iii) against serial No. 39, in column (3), for item (2), thereto the following item shall be substituted, namely:— " (1) Shri Rajesh Maheshwari ” ;

(iv) (a) against serial No.87, in column (2), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— " M/s Green Circle, Inc., Green Empire (Anupushpam), Above Axis Bank, Nr Yash Complex, Gotri Road, Vadodara - 390021 (Gujarat)”;
