New Delhi, the 6th August, 2014 $.0. 2003(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 12 and Section 13 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) read with rule 10 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.0. 1174(E), dated the 18" July, 2007, namely :— In the TABLE to the said notification,—
