NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th November, 2020
S.O. 4304(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 12 and section 13 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), read with rule 10 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, vide number
S.O. 1174(E), dated the 18 th July, 2007, namely:— In the said notification, in the Table for serial numbers 42, 120,121,125 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:— “42 M/s Universal Enviro Associates, Plot No. 178, Ramakrishnanagar, Opposite Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Godown, Telangana Rao
