Registered users
Section 24 of the Semiconductor Integrated Circuits Layout-Design Act, 2000 deals with registered users. Subject to the provisions of section 25, a person other than the registered proprietor of a layout-design may be registered as a registered user thereof. The Act came into force on 01 May 2004.
