Amendment of Act 55 of 2007

Section 26 of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 deals with amendment of Act 55 of 2007. In section 9A of the Armed Force Tribunal Act, 2007, for the words and figures “Part XIV of Chapter VI of the Finance Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), shall be governed by the provisions of the section 184 of that Act”, the words and figures “the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021, shall be governed by the provisions The Act was enacted on 13 Aug 2021.
