Amendment of Act 18 of 2013

Section 28 of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 deals with amendment of Act 18 of 2013. In section 417A of the Companies Act, 2013, for the words and figures “Part XIV of Chapter VI of the Finance Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), shall be governed by the provisions of the section 184 of that Act”, the words and figures “the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021, shall be governed by the provisions of Chapt The Act was enacted on 13 Aug 2021.
