Lapse of Scheme
Section 43 of Udaipur Development Authority Act, 2023 deals with lapse of Scheme. If the Authority fails to implement the project of scheme approved under sub-section (4) of section 41 within a period of five years from the date of publication thereof under sub-section (5) of section 41, it shall, on the expiration of the said period of five years, lapse. The Act was enacted on 19 Jul 2023.
