Transfer of certificate and provisional order
Section 21 of the Boilers Act, 2025 deals with transfer of certificate and provisional order. Where any other person becomes the owner of a boiler during the period for which a certificate or provisional order relating thereto is in force, the preceding owner or his legal heirs shall be bound to make over to him the certificate or provisional order. The Act came into force on 01 May 2025.
