Section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2005 deals with amendment of section 206. In section 206 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),- (a) in the opening paragraph, after the words and figures "under section ", the words and figures "or section " shall be inserted;
