Annual report of Central Commission
Section 101 of the Electricity Act, 2003 deals with annual report of Central Commission. The Central Commission shall prepare once every year, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a summary of its activities during the previous year and copies of the report shall be forwarded to the Central Government. The Act came into force on 10 Jun 2003.
