Authentication of orders and other instruments of State Board
Section 33 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 deals with authentication of orders and other instruments of State Board. All orders and decisions of the State Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson and all other instruments issued by the State Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Member-Secretary of the State Board.
