Eligibility of member for re-appointment
Section 34 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 deals with eligibility of member for re-appointment. Subject to the other terms and conditions of service as may be prescribed, any person ceasing to be a member shall be eligible for re-appointment as such member: Provided that no member other than an ex officio member shall be appointed for more than two consecutive terms.
